Youngstown was recently ranked as the worst Buffalo suburb according to roadsnacks.net.
Youngstown got bad marks for medium income, unemployment rates, and median home values. Youngstown got the lowest scores out of all the Buffalo suburbs in those three categories.
Youngstown is located 11 miles north of Niagara Falls and sits on the mouth of the Niagara River where it meets Lake Ontario. Youngstown was first settled around 1809 by John Young. The village was actually burned down by the British during the War of 1812 and was later incorporated into Youngstown in 1854
The only good news for Youngstown is that it is a pretty cheap place to live, but then again you get what you pay for.
