What Is Your Favorite Summer Sandwich?

One of the most glorious things about Summer is Summer Food, especially Summer sandwiches. How about that Tim Mc Graw song "Back When" where he sings about, "a fried bologna sandwich with mayo and tomato". Whenever I hear that lyric, it takes me back to Summertime.

Fried Bologna sandwiches are one of my favorite Summer sandwiches.  I have been making them since I was a kid and they're always satisfying. I prefer mine with Weber's Horseradish mustard (made in Buffalo of course).  Another Summer Sandwich favorite of mine is the classic bacon, lettuce an tomato on toasted bread.
