The Planning Board approved a plan to build a Tim Hortons on the corner of Michigan Avenue and William Street, with apartments above the retail space.

Buffalo Rising reports, "Ellicott Development is planning retail space on the building’s ground floor and three apartments on the second level."

The plan to bring a Tim Hortons to this corner has been a source of controversy in the last year, when the Planning Board originally denied the design that included a drive through.
