A 2nd Buffalo-area Chick-fil-A in the Works?

The first Buffalo-area location isn't even built yet, but there's word Chick-fil-A is planning a second location.  The second location could be in Amherst.

There's word Benderson Development has acquired a property at the corner of Transit and Maple Roads that could become the site of the second Chick-fil-A restaurant in this area.  Chick-fil-A will neither confirm or deny the rumor.  They only confirm their first Buffalo-area location will be located on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga.

Benderson Development says they acquired the former Sunoco gas station and convenience store property for future projects.
