Fox Sports did a free agency report card on the off-season moves of all of the NFL teams and the Bills ended up with a grade of "A" based mostly on their acquisiton of defensive end Mario Williams.  He was described as the biggest prize in free agency and Fox Sports says the Bills stunned the rest of the NFL by landing him.

In addition to Williams, the Bills picked up another defensive end Mark Anderson, plus re-signed free agent receiver Stevie Johnson, tight end Scott Chandler and middle linebacker Kirk Morrison.

The only team to get a better grade than the Bills was the Denver Broncos who were awarded "A+" largely for convincing Peyton Manning to call the mountains of Colorado his new home.
