Fred Jackson + Former Bills’ Players to Open Buffalo Steakhouse

Get ready for the newest addition to Buffalo's food scene. This fall a brand new steakhouse called SEAR is going to open up downtown Buffalo. SEAR is brought to you by former Buffalo Bills' players.

Fred Jackson along with former punter Brian Moorman and cornerback Terrence McGee will partner up to open SEAR, which will be in the Avant building on Delaware.

The team announced the plans in the Spring and it is expected to open within a few months.

According to the Buffalo News:

There’s going to be a lot of energy in the building, not your normal steakhouse. When you go to other cities, you have those, and I wanted to make sure the City of Buffalo had one of those places", said Jackson.

The steakhouse will be run by David Schutte who owns Oliver’s and the Creekview restaurants.
