Is This Letter Mom Posted on Facebook for Her Son Public Shaming?

Good parenting method or horrible public shaming?

This mother meant to share this letter with her friends and family on Facebook, but that was not the case after it was shared hundreds of thousands of times on social media.

Her son makes a little money off of his YouTube videos and starts to feel a sense of entitlement, so mom wanted to teach him a lesson about being grateful and the mother went about the situation brilliantly. As a thirteen year old, he started to slip in the respect department toward his parents so she wanted to show him what life would be if she treated HIM more like a roommate rather than a parent. On Facebook the reaction was mixed: other parents in support of her and others criticizing for publicly shaming him.

She wrote this letter and left it taped to his door.
