First it was the documentary, The Boys of Fall from Kenny Chesney which aired on ESPN last year.  Now, Kenny has another program airing on the network this weekend.  The Color Orange:  The Condredge Holloway Story, which will premiere February 20th.  The show will spotlight the University of Tennessee quarterback.  Holloway was the first African-American quarterback to start in the Southeastern Conference, and he is one of Chesney’s idols.  Kenny even wore Holloway’s number when he played ball in high school.  “Condredge has meant so much to so many and is a very important figure in my life and to the history of college football” says Kenny. “I’m excited to tell his story, to show his journey and to help show the world just how influential he was to how the game is played today, and how many doors he opened for so many athletes that have followed in his footsteps.” The Color Orange documentary is part of ESPN’s Year of the Quarterback series.
