A popular home appliance has been recalled that may have been sold at various Best Buy locations here in New York State.

The list of products that have been recalled already in 2024 is pretty lengthy. From vehicle issues, to toys and food, this year has picked up where 2023 left off.

The latest recall is on an appliance that was most likely a popular Christmas or Holiday gift this past year.

Best Buy is recalling Insignia Air Fryers and Insignia Air Fryer Ovens after it says it receieved 24 reports of overheating/melting or glass shattering, including multiple complaints of air fryers catching fire.

The model numbers in the recall are Insignia 3.4-qt. Digital Air Fryer model NS-AF34D2

Recently, there was a chair recalled that some parents may want to be aware of.

According to reports, the recall is on over 63,000 JOOL BABY SWINGS.

Yahoo Finance reports that, "The recall involves Jool Baby's Nova Baby infant swings with a manufacture date from June 2022 through September 2023, which can be found on the sewn-in warming label on the back of the swing's seat."
