It didn't take long for the Buffalo Bills #1 draft pick Sammy Watkins to get himself involved in the community.

The Bills have announced that Watkins will host a one-day Sammy Watkins Football ProCamp on Saturday, June 22, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at West Seneca East Senior High School.

This might have been inspired by Watkins’ meeting with Jim Kelly just a few days ago. Maybe Kelly hinted that it was something Watkins might want to look into. Kelly has run a similar camp for years.

The camp is open to boys and girls of all skill levels, grades 1 through 8. Watkins will direct the event, joined by a selection of prep and college coaches from the area. It’ll give young football players a chance to learn fundamental skills and have the opportunity to meet and interact with the Bills rookie receiver. Each camper will receive an autograph and a team photo with Sammy.

The cost of the camp is $99. Registration and more information are available by visiting SammyWatkinsCamp.com.
