United States Senator Richard Blumethal was recently at a speech that involved train safety. That’s not news. What’s news is that he was almost killed by a train at that very speech.
It was in Milford, Conn. last week where Blumenthal was standing on a platform while the town’s mayor talked about remaining safe around trains. It was right about that time that Blumenthal stepped onto the yellow line (where you’re not supposed to stand) that he nearly loses his head.
