A piece of trash on his front grill cost Brad Keselowski a win at Pocono Speedway on Sunday.  Keselowski had the dominant car and had the lead late in the race, but with his engine temperature on the rise because of the blocked air flow, he dipped behind the lapped car of Danica Patrick trying to blow off the debris.

Jimmie Johnson Wins Second Straight [VIDEO]

After going three months before winning his first race of the season all of a sudden Jimmie Johnson has put together two in a row.  Following up his Coca Cola 600 victory, Johnson dominated Dover's Monster Mile for his ninth career victory at the one mile track.  He led 272 of the 400 laps and held off pole sitter Brad Keselowski on a late restart and very much looks like he could extend his string of championships to seven.

Joey Logano Wins 2nd Of The Season At Richmond

It was a crazy night at Richmond International Raceway.  It began with pole sitter Kyle Larson being bumped by Clint Bowyer in the first turn of the first lap and ended with pushing and shoving and even a punch thrown in the pits after the race.  In between there were flaming tires, plenty of spins and the season's second two-time winner.

Keselowski Sweeps At Vegas

It was a weekend sweep for Brad Keselowski at Las Vegas Motor Speedway taking Saturday's Nationwide race then taking the lead on the final lap in Sunday's Sprint Cup race when Dale Earnhardt, Jr. ran out of gas.  Junior appeared to be on his way to his second victory of the season until he was forced into fuel-saving mode.

Sprint Cup Season Has Just Two Races Left

 

Eight down and just two to go, as the Chase for the Sprint Cup Championship moves on to Phoenix this Sunday. Only seven points separate Jimmie Johnson and second-place Brad Keselowski.  And it could be a repeat of last year's battle between Tony Stewart and Carl Edwards. Stewart trailed Edwards by eight points with three races left last year, but won the title in a points tiebreaker by winning at Texas and Homestead.
