There's nothing better than a fresh sweet maple treat in the spring and you can see how they're made next weekend. It's something every kid should see when they're little.

Maple Weekend is traditionally the last two weekends in March. This year it runs Saturday and Sunday March 23rd and 24th and March 30th and 31st.

I feel like I might now be officially a Western New Yorker! I had might first fish fry AND went to maple weekends this past weekend.
