Ryan Miller posted his second straight shutout making 39 saves as the Sabres held off the San Jose Sharks 1-0 on Thursday night. That came just one night after he made 43 saves in a 2-0 win in Anaheim on Wednesday night. So that's 82 saves in consecutive nights for the Sabres goaltender.

If you are a Buffalo Sabres fan, you can't help but be angry about what happened in Saturday night's game. Milan Lucic literally bulldozed Ryan Miller in Saturday's game.
September 16, 2011 It's hard to hold back excitement for the Buffalo Sabres. They get a new owner and it's like a breath of fresh air. Suddenly the arena is getting updates, it's even got a new name, players are waiving no trade clauses to come here, and they've taken the excitement that we already had for our beloved Sabres and amped it up to 11. Wednesday, they gave some fans a new reason to get excited.
What the hell happened yesterday? Maybe I jinxed myself by having a 5:00 Easter Dinner reservation right in the middle of the Sabres game. Actually the reservation was made before game 6 was even scheduled. To say that I was very disheartened is quite an understatement. A home game in our own house with our fans inside and outside the Arena and we still could not put it away.

April 20, 2011 I was broken hearted the day that I heard that Danny Briere was leaving the Buffalo Sabres. He's now in Philadelphia and that alone is making this series worth every minute to watch. Its strange to think that Ryan Miller and Daniel Briere who were friends for years would suddenly have to become opponents but it's great to see two incredible players going after each other.
