The Studio Arena Will Open As 710 Main Theater This Fall

A couple weeks ago I had written about the possible re-opening of Studio Arena Theater.  It’s now a reality, WKBW reports the arena now called “710 Main Theater will be opening soon.  After being closed for several years, the 600 seat theater has announced a show schedule that includes “Seth’s Big Fat Broadway Show” opening Friday September 14^th.  Also in September, Actor John Lithgow of ‘Third Rock From The Sun” and several feature films will bring his one man show, “Stories By Heart” for a three day stint as well. That’s a good get for the theater the show has received rave reviews.

We are so lucky to have this new theater along with Shea’s and Kleinhans.  I’ve lived in cities that had no theater districts at all and now living here in Buffalo I certainly appreciate the opportunity to see the great shows that have and will come to these theaters.
