Q: What does your quote include? Are there any hidden cost?

A: Your quote includes the cost of renting the bus, the driver and the fuel mileage for the trip. It does not include any parking fees. Driver gratuity is not included in price

Q: How do I book a bus for the Taste of Country?

Q:  What are your bus rental rates?

A: Every trip is different, so it’s difficult to give a set rate. Quotes are customized to meet your needs. With a fully loaded bus the hourly rate can be as low as $1.50 per passenger.

Q: How many passengers does the bus hold?

A: The bus holds 40 passengers.

Q: How do I pay for the bus?

A: Payment is due in full one week prior to the scheduled trip.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check or money order.  Cash is not accepted.

Q: Are your buses wheelchair accessible?

A: Some of our buses are wheelchair accessible. Just let your charter agent know of your needs   when you discuss your trip.

Q: Do any of your buses have bathrooms?

A: Like most school buses, ours do not have bathrooms.

Q: What is allowed on the bus?

A: Coolers are allowed on the bus; no glass containers or kegs are allowed.

Q: Can I request a specific driver?

A: Just let your charter bus agents know that you’d like to request a specific driver and our agents will work to accommodate your request.

Q: What sort of safety training do your drivers receive?

A: Our drivers are professional, certified bus drivers specifically trained to operate the vehicle they are driving.  Each driver receives classroom training, on the road training and testing followed by mandatory safety meetings throughout the year.

Q: How do I cancel the bus I reserved?  Is there a charge? Will my money be refunded?

A: You must give 48 hours’ notice to cancel a bus without a charge.  If proper notice is given, your money will be refunded with no penalty.  If your bus is cancelled in less than 48 hours of scheduled trip, there is a $75 cancellation fee per bus.
