Hey, what a morbid way to start the day.  A little blog on the day you are most likely to die.  Cheery!  Well, the latest research shows that you are more likely to pass away on….your birthday, believe it or not!  Over the last 40 years, two-million people were studied and the findings showed that there was a rise in deaths from falls, suicides and strokes/heart attacks on the individual’s birthday.  Heart attacks rose by 18% and falls by 44%.  Scary!

So, why is it that your birthday is somewhat of a lethal day as you get older?  Researchers believe that people tend to overindulge on their birthdays, which puts a strain on the heart!
