However, once upon a time, Buffalo was among the country's biggest and most successful cities. In the 1800's and into the early 1900's, Buffalo was known as a hub for business and innovation. That changed after WWII and the market is now just inside the top 60.

This building was built in 1827. That's right, it's nearly 200 years old. Judging by the inside, this mansion has hosted events like weddings.
