A Private Tour of the Smokers at Dinosaur BBQ

This year's WYRK Toyota Taste of Country after party is at Dinosaur BBQ on Franklin Street, downtown and boy are we excited.  Great food, live music and maybe even some special appearances.  You just never know!

When the party at Coca-Cola Field is over, the party begins at Dinosaur BBQ.  It's a short distance away, even if you want to walk it.  But it's where you want to be on a night you just don't want to end.  A bite to eat, more music and great friends.

Liz and I were at Dinosaur BBQ a few weeks ago for a tour of the restaurant's kitchen and to take a look at their wood-fired smokers.  The smokers are the key to the flavor of all the meats at Dinosaur BBQ.  Plus all the sides are made fresh on the premises and that includes the French fries.
