All Campgrounds In Erie County Ordered To Close Due To COVID-19

Today, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz signed an emergency order, closing all campgrounds in Erie County until further notice. This prohibits camping at any campground site that requires a permit to operate. The order goes into effect tomorrow morning at 9 am.

This comes on the heels of confirmed COVID-19 cases growing in New York State and Erie County (which now stands at over 1,700 in the county).
