Amherst House Fire Sends 3 People To Hospital [VIDEO]

A house fire in Amherst near Maple Road sent 2 firefighters and one other person to the hospital yesterday.

The fire happened on Emerson Drive last night just after 8 pm, it took firefighters nearly 2 hours to control the fire and put it out. In the process, one occupant of the home along with two firefighters were taken to the hospital for evaluation.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
