Winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth in the Official Rules. Window and door selection, style, color, size, features, installation, scheduling, property conditions, and other project details are subject to availability, property requirements, and coordination with Renewal by Andersen. Winner must obtain any necessary property owner permission for the work. Any products, services, upgrades, modifications, installation requirements, or other costs exceeding the $4,000 prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise expressly stated in the Official Rules.
