By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Townsquare Media, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating stations, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, prize providers, including S&K Holiday Lighting, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, injuries, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the contest, acceptance or use of any prize, technical errors, lost or delayed entries, email delivery issues, or any contest-related activity.

The prize consists of up to $2,500 toward a seasonal smart light installation and rental from S&K Holiday Lighting, including all setup and takedown work, with takedown occurring in the spring. Lights are provided as a seasonal rental; ownership of the lights is not included. The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and is subject to availability. Winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth in the Official Rules. Lighting selection, display design, installation, rental period, scheduling, spring takedown timing, property conditions, and other project details are subject to availability, property requirements, and coordination with S&K Holiday Lighting. Winner must obtain any necessary property owner permission for installation and takedown. Any products, services, upgrades, modifications, installation requirements, or other costs exceeding the $2,500 prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise expressly stated in the Official Rules.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other costs not expressly stated as included. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the entrant, including age and residency in Western New York, and the eligibility and location of the property where the prize will be redeemed; disqualify any entrant who does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, violates the Official Rules, or tampers with the entry process; modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest; and award the prize in a manner deemed fair and lawful.
