Avoid These Things To Avoid The Flu [LIST]
The flu is running rampant this years and it seems to be more powerful than ever. The CDC recommends that everyone over the age of 6 months gets a flu shot. The CDC also says that while it's ideal to get your shot before the year it is not too late to get one now.
Even if you have received your flu shot there are additional things that you can be doing to help ward off and avoid the flu. In an article from the NY Post, the list some of the most germ ridden items that you could be touching on a daily basis.

- Airplane food trays and seat pockets
- Subway turnstiles and bus ticket machines
- Office coffee stations and water coolers
- Liquid soap in washrooms
- Aisle seats in planes, trains and theaters
- Salt and pepper shakers
- Exercise equipment at the gym
Now, this doesn't mean you can't do any of these, it just means that these items will be the ones that carry the most germs. Carry hand sanitizer and make sure you washing you hands often. If you go to the gym wash down the equipment before you use it, if you're traveling bring sanitized wipes and again with work. With the flu being as strong as it is, it's ok to look like a germaphobe and carry wipes and hand sanitizer with you everywhere.
