Bill Belichick Makes Buffalo Bills Fans Laugh With Amazing Comments
The Buffalo Bills suddenly have a neck-and-neck battle with the New England Patriots for who wins the AFC East in 2021.
The Patriots won on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, and now are 8-4 -- a half-game ahead of the 7-4 Bills. The Patriots are one of the few teams in the league who have not had their bye week yet, so they still have a game in-hand over Buffalo.
The Bills host the Patriots on Monday Night Football next week at Highmark Stadium. Kickoff will be at 8:20 pm.
If the Bills win, they will go ahead of New England by a half-game. If the Patriots win, they will go ahead of Buffalo by a game and a half; so, this game is obviously very important for both teams.
Bill Belichick is still the head coach of the Patriots (21 years), and he was a guest this morning on WEEI radio in Boston and was asked about Bills Mafia and how they view him.
Belichick usually doesn't give you any funny or interesting answers, but his comments were funny and pinpoint about Bills fans.
I mean, he's not wrong -- Bills Mafia definitely won't be sending Belichick a Christmas card this holiday season to say the least.
The Patriots will be starting rookie quarterback Mac Jones, who is likely the front-runner to win offensive rookie of the year in the NFL. The Patriots offense hasn't been dominant, but they've had a good run game and their defense is playing like one of the two or three best units in the NFL.
The Bills will have a tough challenge next Monday night.
