The Buffalo Bills will play at the Kansas City Chiefs in just about an hour. Kickoff at Arrowhead Stadium is set for 4:25 pm.

The Bills have been circling this game on the calendar since the end of last year's playoff run, when the Bills had arguably the most heartbreaking loss in franchise history, last year's AFC Divisional game which was also at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.

This game is the one that CBS chose to protect from primetime slots when the schedule was being plotted out by the NFL. It will go out to most of the country and feature Jim Nantz and Tony Romo, CBS' number one broadcast crew and will also be the Bills' first 4 pm slot game this season.

The Bills enter today's game as 2.5-point favorites on the road and unlike the last few games, Buffalo is finally back to being healthy.

Jordan Poyer, Tremaine Edmunds, Dawson Knox and Isaiah McKenzie are all back for today's game.

Jake Kumerow will miss today's game with a high ankle sprain and running back Zack Moss will be a healthy scratch today as well.

Here are the complete inactives for the Bills in today's game in Kansas City.

For the Chiefs, they will be without multiple starters in the secondary, meaning they will start two rookie cornerbacks; Joshua Williams (4th round) and Jaylen Watson (7th round).

Other than Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, the strongest parts of the Chiefs team are their interior offensive line and their strong defensive line. Their secondary is by far the weakest spot of their team and if the Bills win, it will be because they will take advantage of that secondary.
