Two teams with the best records in the NFL will be facing off on Sunday.  It's likely that both of them will be missing key players.

The Kansas City Chiefs are undefeated so far this year.  The Buffalo Bills currently have the best record they've seen since 1993.  They face off on Sunday at Highmark Stadium.

It could be one of the best games of the week, but both teams will be missing a couple of key players.  The Bills have already ruled out rookie Keon Coleman with a wrist injury that he sustained in their week 9 win over the Dolphins.  They could also be without their newest player Amari Cooper and Dalton Kincaid.  They're both listed as questionable.

The Bills may have dodged a bit of a bullet though with the news that they received today from Chiefs' coach Andy Reid at a press conference.  Reid announced that it was unlikely that Chiefs running back Isaiah Pacheco is unlikely to play on Sunday against the Bills.

It's never good news when someone is injured, but this is fortunate news for the Bills.  The Chiefs are just opening his 21-day practice window (just as the Bills are with Matt Milano) this week, but do not expect him to dress against Buffalo.  Pacheco has been on Injured Reserve for the Chiefs since week 2 when he fractured his fibula.  It has been a huge loss for the Chiefs.  They are a completely different team with him on the field.  Without Pacheco in the backfield, the Chiefs are 21st in the league in rushing.

The Bills defense is 18th in the league in rushing yards and will still have to be concerned with Kareem Hunt, Carson Steele, and Samaje Perine.

The much-anticipated game will kick off at 4:25 pm at Highmark Stadium on Sunday.
