One year ago today (April 15) country artists joined a nation in shock after two bombs exploded at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Today, stars like Tim McGraw and the Band Perry are taking a moment to remember those injured and killed.
In some cases, two simple words let fans know their hearts were heavy. "#BostonStrong" is all Scotty McCreery wrote, but not much more was needed from the singer and longtime Red Sox fan.
