226,972 laboratory-confirmed breakthrough cases of COVID-19 among fully-vaccinated people in New York State, which corresponds to 1.8% of the population of fully-vaccinated people 12-years or older.

 

12,916 hospitalizations with COVID-19 among fully-vaccinated people in New York State, which corresponds to 0.10% of the population of fully-vaccinated people 12-years or older.

The most recent data provided by the New York State Department of Health, as of December 28, 2021, indicates that in two weeks, COVID-19 cases among the fully vaccinated have almost doubled,

446,895 laboratory-confirmed breakthrough cases of COVID-19 among fully-vaccinated people in New York State, which corresponds to 3.4% of the population of fully-vaccinated people 12-years or older.
16,583 hospitalizations with COVID-19 among fully-vaccinated people in New York State, which corresponds to .12% of the population of fully-vaccinated people 12-years or older.

Taking a look at the entire month of December 2021, breakthrough cases increased by 267,393, and hospitalizations increased by 5,532.

As of November 29, 2021, there were almost 180,000 cases of COVID-19 among the fully vaccinated,

179,502 laboratory-confirmed breakthrough cases of COVID-19 among fully-vaccinated people in New York State, which corresponds to 1.4% of the population of fully-vaccinated people 12-years or older.

 

11,051 hospitalizations with COVID-19 among fully-vaccinated people in New York State, which corresponds to 0.09% of the population of fully-vaccinated people 12-years or older.
