Mulligan's Brick Bar is coming down and there is going to be a crowd to watch as the wrecking ball hits the 19th century today.

The owner did not want to move forward with stabilization of the building. After all, the bar was iconic because of the history and the charm. Not to mention, maybe the owner just wants to retire? Or is ready to move on? Either way, the owner was taking flack on social media for not wanting to agree to stabilizing with historical officials in Western New York.

The bar is one of the most storied and iconic establishments in Western New York and might be one of the most loved of all time. So many different generations loved that place and you can bet that a lot of people will be wanting a souvenir from the building.

When the Old Pink burned down next door due to arson 6 months ago, there were fans of the bar that were grabbing anything that they could get their hands on when it was demolished. People were selling the bricks for $100 on Facebook shortly afterwards.

Are any of the old bricks worth any money?!

In London, there is a big market for old bricks. There are so many collectors of bricks of old buildings and structures and collectors will pay some big money for some. But, it doesn't seem like there is a big cash value for a ton of bricks here in Buffalo, New York.

How cool would it be though, if you had a brick from all of the cool places from your childhood--the Old Pink, the Aud, the current Buffalo Bills stadium, Mulligan's and more.

There is actually brick museum in Orchard Park, New York that has some of the most iconic and unique bricks from notable and 'famous' buildings from the Western New York area. You have to check out this place. If you ever want to see if your brick is worth money, you have to go talk to Frank and Jane in Orchard Park who own the museum.

EXTRA: Do not donate to any Go Fund Me pages for Mulligan's without double checking first. There were scam donation pages that were not set up by Mulligan's or others.
