Who says you can't settle down in the city of good neighbors?

According to GoBankingRates, Buffalo is one of the most affordable places to settle down for millennials in the country, coming in at #15 overall.

Just how affordable though?

The average rent in the Queen city area is roughly $1,038, while the average price to buy a home here is about $108,000...which is $182,000 below the national average!

The study says the population for millennials in Buffalo went up nearly 2% between 2014 and 2017 (about 5,000 people).
