Buffalo Named Winner Of The Golden Snowball Award
For the 1st time since the 2001-2002 Winter season, Buffalo has claimed the Golden Snowball Award.
The Golden Snowball is awarded to the city in New York state that receives the most snowfall during the Winter season.
