Buffalo Offering Special COVID-19 Grants For Non-Profits

Mayor Bryon Brown and the city of Buffalo announced a new grant program aimed to help out communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The new "Love Your Block" Grant Program will award $500 to area communities to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

According to the city of Buffalo's website, they already awarded one $500 grant.

The Ashland Avenue Block Club was awarded a grant of $500 to cover supplies for Mask Up Buffalo, which created and donated hundreds of handmade masks to senior residents at senior centers citywide last week
