LOL Seriously, at what point does one say "Hmmm, I probably shouldn't let the water get up to my windows."

Yesterday we got swamped with water all over Western New York, but the Lancaster, Depew and Cheektowaga areas really took a beating with tons of floods and water up to 4 feet high under some bridges. Don't believe us--look at some of the folks that got stuck.... lol
