Buffalo and the surrounding areas have so many incredible breweries.  Now, they're offering a pass to visit them all and support Autism awareness.

You've heard of the Niagara Wine Trail and the Finger Lakes Wine Trail...but what is there here for beer drinkers?

The answer is:  a lot.  There are tons of incredible breweries here to try out and now, there's even more incentive to check them all out.  It's called the "WNY Beer Trail" and there is a pass that you can buy that will give you discounts at all of them and help to support Autism awareness at the same time.

According to WIVB, the idea came from a man named Thomas Whitmarsh who was trying to brainstorm a way to help more people discover all that there is in the Buffalo craft beer scene.

“I had wished something would happen in Buffalo along the lines of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail and I said something like a Buffalo beer trail.  That was the ‘aha’ moment.” - WNY Beer Trail creator Thomas Whitmarsh.
