Why Clay Moden Loves Runner’s Roost’s Group Runs
I've been a runner for years, running for fun, running in 5Ks and running with local clubs. I even was coached for a while by my friend Michelle, who helped me improve my time so much I was regularly placing in the top three in my age group in local races.
Now, Michelle and her husband own Runner's Roost, which hosts a weekly running group. No matter what level of running you are — just starting out to a marathoner — Runner's Roost staff can offer advice for improving technique, finding great recovery gear and getting the most out of your run. They also now have Full Spectrum CBD sports supplement to improve performance and recovery time in athletes.
The atmosphere of the running group is really casual and fun. You can choose a 3-mile or a 5-mile route through the village of Orchard Park, starting at 6:30 p.m. every Thursday at Runner's Roost, 4190 N. Buffalo Road. Both jogging strollers and well-behaved dogs are welcome. Runners younger than 16 must have an adult chaperone running with them.
Whether you're looking to meet area runners or want to take your running to the next level, this is a great group for motivation and encouragement. RSVP to the Facebook event to keep the details on hand:
