It may not have ease of access, but this coffee shop in Western New York is truly one of the best.

In the heart of downtown Buffalo, you will see a lot of buildings that have a unique architecture. After all, most of the buildings in Buffalo are at least 100 years old, with Buffalo City Hall and the Albright-Knox Art Gallery being two of those.

It’s also pretty jam-packed in downtown Buffalo when it comes to parking, but that doesn’t mean you should dip out on the opportunity to go to this amazing coffee shop.

Public Espresso is one of the best coffee shops in Western New York, in my opinion. Located inside the Hotel Lafayette, one of the older buildings in downtown Buffalo, this coffee shop has a cozy atmosphere that transports you through time. It helps that the Hotel Lafayette began construction about 122 years ago, with the original exterior and interior of the hotel featuring a French Renaissance Revival style.

When you grab a coffee, a pastry, or a breakfast sandwich from Public Espresso, you are welcomed into another era. And it’s so worth it.

Public Espresso has breakfast, lunch and pastries paired with gourmet coffee, and the atmosphere is so cozy that you really would never want to go anywhere else.

Plus, it’s right by Sahlen’s Field if you’re ever headed to a baseball game in the summer.

Take a look at some of the pictures below!

There’s a reason that Public Espresso has a near-perfect score on Google!
