The site of the former Tonawanda Coke plant has a new owner!

What was once the focus of controversy and concern is now going to get a makeover if the new land owner has a say.

According to Metro Source News:

 The purchase was made official yesterday after an auction of the 140-acre property was canceled due to lack of interest. The new owner says he's looking to redevelop the location by building a computer data center.
