Cool Down With FREE Air Conditioning From New York State

As the summer heat rolls on, the high humidity is riding along side and here in New York State, it feels like the tropics. But there is relief on the way soon.

New York State Offering These FREE Air Conditioners for those who qualify.

There is no lack of amazing and fun things to do in New York this summer. The concert season may be the biggest and best yet. From Niagara Falls to Albany, there are tons of things for families to do!

But the summer is so long and not much fun if you can breath or you are sweating in the house and unable to sleep. That is why an air conditioner is so necessary.

According to New York State, you can qualify for cooling assistance, "Only one air conditioner or fan, not to exceed $800 with installation for a window, portable air conditioner, or fan and not to exceed $1,000 for an existing wall sleeve unit, will be provided per applicant household. No additional HEAP cash benefits are available".

The good news is that cooler air is coming soon as a front will move in after mid week.
