Dale Mussen Exposed in Lafayette Square [VIDEO]

Even though the wind chill was well below zero on Thursday, Dale made his way out to Lafayette Square to have a little fun in the snow!

When I saw the blank canvas of snow, I thought it would be a cool place for our logo to be.... I never thought he would really do it!!
