Does Attica, NY Have An Air Quality Issue?

I got a tip from a friend that lives in Attica about the many health issues he and his family have been facing and others have mentioned them as well.From asthma issues to migraines and even stomach issues, there seems to be something more than just coincidence going on.This story was covered in the Daily News today and I understand that a meeting is being put together for next Monday July 16th to discuss the matter. Some say there is a bad odor that makes it impossible to use their backyard! Is it something a local company is doing that is causing the problem or something else in the air? Or perhaps it is a coincidence. Regardless, there are a lot of questions that need answers and a lot of people that have been affected by this!
