Drunken Elk Found In Tree

Picture getting up early one morning to look out in your back yard only to see something odd in your apple tree.  I'm not talking about a unique bird or a rare squirrel or chipmunk.  I'm talking about an Elk.  Yep...The larger than deer type of animal!

According to The Local  that's almost what happened to Per Johansson from Sweden.  Only he was coming home from work and the elk was stuck in a neighbor's tree.

Turns out the elk was enjoying some of the neighbor's fermenting apples.  As a matter of fact, he was over indulging on them.  He had eaten enough to make him a little tipsy.  One of its last attempts to get just one more apple from that tree was almost its last.  The elk slipped somehow and found itself stuck with only one leg left on the ground.

“I thought at first that someone was having a laugh. Then I went over to take a look and spotted an elk stuck in an apple tree with only one leg left on the ground,”
