Early Voting Starts This Week In Western New York

This Saturday, the early voting process starts for Western New York.

Unlike on Tuesday, November 2nd, where you would go to cast your vote on election day at a specific location based on your home address, if you chose to vote early this election cycle, you can go to any of the early election poll locations.

There are not as many polling places open for early voting as they will be for election day, but these locations will be open starting this Saturday and will offer different hours based on the location.

In Erie county, the early voting locations will be open Monday thru Friday from Noon until 9 pm and on Saturday and Sundays from Noon until 6 pm.

There are 36 different locations that you can cast your early ballot. 10 are in the city of Buffalo, while there are one or two locations in each town or village in the county.

Early voting in Erie County will start this Saturday, October 24th, and wrap up on Sunday, November 1st.

In Niagara County, the early voting locations will be open at different times based on the dates. Here is a breakdown of hours when you can vote:

Saturday, October 23, 2021:        10:00am to 3:00pm

Sunday, October 24, 2021:           10:00am to 3:00pm

Monday, October 25, 2021:         12:00pm to 8:00pm

Tuesday, October 26, 2021:         12:00pm to 8:00pm

Wednesday, October 27, 2021:     9:00am to 5:00pm

Thursday, October 28, 2021:         7:00am to 3:00pm

Friday, October 29, 2021:               7:00am to 3:00pm

Saturday, October 30, 2021:        10:00am to 3:00pm

Sunday, October 31, 2021:           10:00am to 3:00pm
