Erie County Clerk Suing Governor Cuomo Over New Illegal Alien Law

Erie County Clerk, Mickey Kearns said yesterday (Monday) he is going to sue Governor Cuomo and plans on filing the paperwork today over Governor Cuomo's new Green Light Law.

• Governor Cuomo approved a "Green Light law" in June
• It will give illegal aliens a driver’s license.
• The law will go into effect in December

Kearns has said that he will refuse to issue such licenses through DMV offices in Erie County. “I have not changed my tune and I am going to stay consistent. I am not going to issue driver’s licenses to illegal aliens,” Kearns said in June" , according to WGRZ.
