There are few things more frustrating than having to drive a long way, find a parking spot and wait in long lines to do something that could literally take a few minutes. That has been the case in the past for those who live in southern Erie County and need to get business done with the New York State DMV. But there is good news this week.

From registering a car or trailer to new registration for your snowmobile, there are some things that you must do if you plan to use your vehicle legally in New York State. The Erie County Clerk has a plan that will help to save you time and unnecessary headaches.

There are no reservations required and it is all done on a first come, first served basis.

ICYMI: Our Mobile Auto Bureau will be serving Concord & #SpringvilleNY residents every Thursday from 10:00am-3:00pm at the Concord Senior Center!

This is great news for anyone who lives and works south of Hamburg/Orchard Park. When the pandemic started, Erie County Clerk worked hard to make sure getting business done was not only safe at local DMVs but also efficient. The last time I had to register a new vehicle, I was able to make a reservation, complete a few forms ahead of time and was in and out in no time.

Need a passport? That is also getting easier here in Erie County.
