The people in Erie County will still have a chance to have their voices heard through the power of voting as the June 23rd primaries are still set to take place amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

While votes will still be able to vote in person on Tuesday, June 23rd from 6 am until 6 pm, voters can also use absentee voting if they don't want to go to the polls in person to vote.

According to the Erie County board of elections website, voters that vote via mail have until June 16th to apply for a ballot.

As an alternative to appearing personally at the polls, voters in Erie County may request a mail-in ballot for all elections occurring prior to and including the June 23, 2020 primary. Ballots will be sent to you approximately 45-30 days prior to the election. Please use either of the links below to request a mail-in ballot:

 

Voters can request the ballot from the website electronically or you can download a form and mail it to the board of elections for the absentee ballot.

You will need your full name and birthday to request a ballot.
