TMZ Sports is reporting that Mario Williams has been arrested in Texas for trespassing in a woman's house.

He was the #1 overall pick by the Houston Texans in 2006 and was a highly sought after free agent in 2012.  He ended up signing what at the time was a huge $100 million contract with the Bills that year with $25 million guaranteed.  He played with the Bills for a few years and then headed to Miami to play with the Dolphins.

He hasn't been in the NFL since 2016.

On Tuesday, he was arrested after being in a woman's house without the woman's permission.

Williams "broke into the home and began yelling at" the woman who lives there. We're told the woman was extremely emotional and screamed at him to get out. - TMZ

According to TMZ, Williams has a child with the woman and she has previously filed for a restraining order against Mario.

Williams was arrested and booked for trespassing.  He has posted bond and has been released from custody, however, he has been ordered to undergo a mental health or intellectual disability assessment.
