The Buffalo News reports, "There's one seasonal dish on his menu that's both rare – licensed to be served at fewer than 20 restaurants in the United States – and comes with a side of relative danger: the blowfish, known also as the pufferfish, which expands in balloonlike fashion to intimidate predators."

Also known as "fugu," the pufferfish can be toxic if prepared incorrectly, and there's no known antidote for its poison.

Teton Kitchen has two locations; one in Depew and the other on Elmwood in the city of Buffalo. The pufferfish dish will set you back $50.
