Faith Hill Set To Open Sunday Night Football Games Again This Year

For the fifth consecutive year Faith Hill will sing NBC's "Sunday Night Football" theme.  Each Sunday night broadcast will feature her rendition of "Waiting All Day For Sunday Night," with original lyrics about the game sung to the Joan Jett hit "I Hate Myself For Loving You." 

Faith says she's a diehard football fan and is thrilled to be contributing to the NBC games again this year and addes she waits "all year" for Sunday night."  She says she enjoys getting together with the "Sunday Night Football" crew to tape the opening segments and says "it makes it feel like the wait for the season is somehow shorter."

The first "Sunday Night Football" broadcast airs September 11th.
