Former Owner Of Earl’s Diner Passes Away

Earl's Restaurant was an iconic restaurant  in Western NY for over 50 years.  Many people who passed through would stop at Earl's to drink out of their fruit jars, eat a piece of their incredible pies, or to see the table legs that had boots on them.  Monday morning, the former owner of that restaurant, Earl Northrup passed away.

Last month there was an auction to liquidate everything from the restaurant after it had closed in January.

WIVB-TV is now reporting that at 77 years old, Earl has passed away.
